I contacted them today regarding £500 Booking Voucher they gave me since 2017 and asked to be put through to Rick Wells, I was kept on hold for over 7 minutes before the phone was disconnected because they know my name. This further confirms that they are scammers, I paid £500 for a flight ticket to Lagos in July 2017 from Mike Jason, instead of issuing me a ticket he came back to ask me to pay almost £800 and when I asked that my money be refunded back as this was not we agreed on before I made the payment he refused but rather gave me a voucher which he said I could use at any time, since then I have tried to use the voucher without success, they kept tossing me here and there every time I call them from Mike Jason, to Kevin to Rick Wells. Their office is just stated Kemp and sometimes when you call during supposedly office hours there is no one to pick your call. I am a single mother and I work hard for my money, it is very sad that these people are duping hard working people looking to buy flight tickets to travel abroad. The Government should look into this, these people are scammers and fraudsters, please avoid them like plagues, they are rogues stealing money from innocent hard working people. Their website looks real but it is all fake. I will continue to pursue this case until I get my money.

I was contacted by them when I was looking for flights to the Philippines and back. I paid a deposit of £100 and was told my tickets were on hold. I called Philippines Airlines only to be told I had no tickets on hold and that the reference number was nothing like the ones they use. Contacted Atlantic Choice on numerous occasions with no results. No refund as yet despite many promises.
They have no flights, tickets or anything because they are con artists. Do not get scammed by them. Leave them alone

People run as far as you can from this Scum company.
I paid a £100 deposit to reserve a plane ticket on the 17/07/19 and they gave me up to 27/07/19 as the deadline to pay the remaining balance.
I called on 23/07/19 to make the payment and Rick told me airlines won't
issue me the ticket on the so I have to wait till due date.
It clicked my mind that something fishy was going on so I called the day be fore the due date and as soon the knew it was me, he said oh some one will call you at 2.30 pm. I called the airline royal air morac and I was told they (Atlantic choice) didn't reserve any ticket in my name. Since then I have called more than 20 times and I have sent several emails and no answer.

Rick and the rest of you think you are smart? I have got all the evidence that I tried to pay the balance before the due date but you did not take it. Refund me the£100 NOW because I am not going to allow grown men like you use your dirty tricks to take £100 from a struggling single mother like me. No way!! That's why there are laws in this country.

A scam company.
They are targeting people that are foreign that need to travel.
Especially people looking for quick travel.
They don't use their real names so they are not caught.
There is no office you can visit them just a registered place in Kemp House.
They write good reviews for themselves.

I got my E-Ticket without any fuss and enjoyed great Customer Services. The Support Dept. is always available for assistance.
I'll definately book my next Flight with you guys.

11 months on and I'm still waiting for my £100 do not use this company messages and emails go unanswered when you try to get your money back I'm angry just seeing that they are still active and ripping people off How are they getting away with this why hasn't the site been shut down to protect other people from being scammed

i have called many time and they keep telling me to call the following day to pay.
my payment due in few days time, they keep telling me that its ok call tomorrow.
bad costumer service and now i am worried reading ll these reviews that it is a scam.

it stated on the confirmation email and Rick Wells that i can call anytime before the 20/1/19 to make payment.
I have been calling since December still i cant pay the balance.

Spoke to one of the agents around 10:15 am i was told to call back after 2 hours.
called again around 1:46pm i was told by Brian Roberts the agent handling my ticket is not available. (which i told him this is what you always told me every time. After a few minutes of me explaining myself he promised someone will call me in one hour so waited for 2 hours then i called back. the guy i spoke to said i will get a call before 5PM. guess what no phone calls received).

The customer service are ok until they took your deposit and afterward, they disappear into oblivion. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
They are organised crime travel agency that is operating in United Kingdom. I am have a one on one with my MP today and planning to go to Citizen Advice bureau on Monday.

This company is a big thief. Thdy are fraud. The steal my £900 for a flight ticket they never issue. Even the address the register with is fake. Do not trues them.

I booked my ticket in February to go and spend six weeks summer holidays n july with my family and to have closure as I lost both parents in a car accident and couldn't travel as I was heavily pregnant and about to give birth.
I booked my ticket in February and finishes paying for it in May then I called Chris Pine to tell him I had finished paying so he can issue me a ticket. Instead of issuing me a ticket, he told me that he waa sorry, the flight was overbooked and and I should find another travel date to which I paid more money on top as i wantes to go and had not seen my family for six years.
I then found out that I was pregnant and will be heavily pregnant by the month I was supposed to travel by and I asked them to cancel my ticket and refund my ticket because Chris Pine was giving me £800 more to ads on my ticket per person. Which was going to be £2400 for me and my two children. So I cancelled because I couldn't afford that much money on too of my £1700 which I had already paid. What followed after that is a nightmare. They told me I was going to get my refund on the 30th of November. When Nov came, no one was answering my calls and if they answered, I was told someone was going to call me back and nobody did. Then I called Air France and got different numbers including the director himself. When I texted him, that's when they called me and told me we are not refunding your ticket and we can only give you a travel voucher of £250 towards your travel that you can use on your ticket next time you want to travel. I am a single mother of two kids and a third one on the way, no money to buy even the baby preparation. I was hoping I will get my refund and buy some stuff for my baby but I lost everything. I feel suicidal right now. I have been driven from pillar to post from May till now only to be told i threw money in a hole and I can not get anything back.
It was nice when I was booking my ticket but now that I want my refund I'm being threatened with a legal suite if I continue to text the number of the director which I didn't know was the director's number anyway. As it stands, I will not be using their company again. They come across as lovely people when you are booking but should anything come up that is beyond your control, they are happy to take your money and treat you bad. I give you zero review and will not let any of my family and friends use this travel agent. You have lost a customer.

This company are scammers, I’m still looking for their number to report them to ABTA. DO NOT use them. Any good review on here is them. They took my £100, no ticket was booked and are refusing to answer the phone. They’re very nice until they take the deposit and then they won’t pick up the phone. They’ve taken my £100 and still haven’t refunded my money 1 week later. They will definitely be reported to the authorities because they can’t be scamming people of their hard earned money online. For your own interest DO NOT book anything with this company. Go and google them and you’ll see they’re scammers. I’m sharing the company’s information on all media so people can be aware they’re scammers.
THEY are trading illegally.The company is not registered on ABTA don’t be fooled.Any possitive review done here is done by them and there agent .Check ABTA .before you take the risk

Used Atlantic Choice for my vacations, It was great experience. They issued the ticket within like 20 minutes after taking payment they also issued my boarding pass. I am happy I don’t have to search with different suppliers for next time booking.

Scammers...do not buy tickets from them

I just booked my flights via the phone and the customer service representatives were very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Such a big difference from other companies (like chalk and cheese!). The Atlantic Choice company customer service was clear about the flight and there was no misleading regarding its details. I will definitely use Atlantic Choice again to book my flights.

I booked a flight from Atlantic Choice and got allocated two seats together. Phoned them up and they changed to two window seats no problem, even though they had to call the airline to do it. No charge. Fantastic services considering the low price I got on the flight (at Christmas).i had never seen such excellent services being provided by any other company ever.

Made a booking and paid the deposit £100.

I have been calling this company since 8am to pay the remaining balance. It needs to be paid before 12, and no one is answering.

Now, I have still not receive my refund from this company, despite several phone calls, and promises . I tried the bank to no avail.

If there is any manager out there to help vulnerable woman like me get my money. that will highly appreciated.

I booked with these back in May I had eight weeks of constantly phoning and messaging them I did get £300 of my money back on the condition I took off my review on Trust pilot I was told they would pay me back the £100 they still owe me in a couple of weeks but 8 weeks later I'm still waiting the won't respond to messages I've sent I wish I had though to check reviews before using this company they are a nightmare The reason they used to me for all the stress and hassle was that Atlantic choice bank account had been frozen due to a customer's complaint It's sad to see people loose holidays they have saved for to this bunch of Muppets I don't no if its a real company or a scam but they couldn't run a bath never mind a business and if you read this Mike Jason and Rick wells you should be totally ashamed of yourself and I want my £100 hard earned money back

Scammers - Payment took only 3 days to process and now they claim it will take 3 months to be refunded. Oh, this is because the agent who made my booking is away for a month and no one else can cover in his absence...... and wait for it, it is my fault to have made a booking with them. I guess they're right about that but I am still keen on getting my money back.
