Very pleased with the online shopping. Accurately described items, real photos and fast and hassle free delivery.

My car needed a jump start and the staff were extremely helpful . One gentleman in particular.

Went in yesterday to buy a bag of compost & whilst collecting it after paying for it, was chased by a member of staff to shout had I taken a phone from the counter!
When she was informed by another member of staff (who was in fact chasing after her) to be told her phone was actually inside the shop, the accusation halted & both turned round & retreated back indoors without any decency of an apology.
It just felt horrible.
I certainly won't be going back, nor will any friends or family after they heard this story.
There was a lovely Spanish girl working on the desk who was really
helpful in asking if I needed help to
load up.
She's about the only good thing that place has got going for it.

Have a Husqvarna Automower bought through Atkins. While Atkins service is good, this mower turned into a money pit with nearly every key component being replaced within a few years, most out of warranty so cost me a fortune. Also the system relies on a wire boundary set in your lawn, so wire breaks or position changes require a call out which also isn’t cheap.
Would not recommend Husqvarna at all, and it feels like Atkins don’t help with their charge out rates either. I’ll be looking at an alternative robot mower next time.

I dropped some lawn mower blades into Atkins in Cork to have sharpened, they said at the time they would be done asap, here we are nearly two weeks later, blades not done, and when I asked when they would be ready I was told ‘whenever the mechanic gets around to them’
I am going to take them away and give them to a firm that is efficient and cares about their customers.

Ever bought mower blades only to find they are of poor quality? Not the case at Atkins. The mower blades I received are of the highest quality and at a good price. Online sales and Service was lightening fast and customer service was top notch.

Brilliant customer service from Niall and James in the lawnmower department recently purchased two Husqvarna Automowers and was made feel my business was appreciated and was dealt with professionally and promptly. Both very knowledgeable.
