Strange how you can’t write a review on their website. I’ve been using the Atkins strong shakes for a while. I’ve been drinking the regular shakes for years. I wish the flavor profiles on the strong were as palpable, but the only flavor that’s decent is the chocolate peanut butter, which nobody carries anymore; not Walmart target or grocery stores. I have to buy it on Amazon by the case. I recently had a packaging issue with what I was getting from Amazon in that once I popped the shake open There was a leak at the top seal. You can imagine the mess that made. I wrote to Amazon, crickets nothing that they were going to do so I wrote to Atkins and received a coupon for a free multi pack and some other random coupons. Of course I couldn’t find that flavor anywhere and you can’t use the physical coupon online so I got the chocolate flavor. Good Lord that stuff is awful! chalky, WEIRD flavor, I couldn’t even finish it so they’re in the back of my fridge for an absolute emergency, but the inconsistency in your products and why all of a sudden a certain product is just only available on Amazon or through your store, I don’t understand. The protein shake market is so saturated, one would think you would be doing everything you could to be customer focused, and remain competitive, etc., but you seem to be doing the opposite. Once I finish my last batch of PB shakes, I, like others on here who have complained about your company overall, am onto another brand.

I question whether or not all their snacks are 100% suitable for diabetics.

Chocolate coconut bars are addictive. Peanut M&M style snacks ain't bad either. Current favorite is the birthday cake protein bar.

Good for those looking to curb an overactive appetite due to the high fat content. Definitely not for everyone though.

Well Atkins, you did well with your brownies however, now that no one has been able to find them for several months. We have all moved onto a different product. Atkins just lost their asses! Too bad you guys. You can’t stop production and expect everybody to just wait for you.

Peanutty Overload Bars - opened package and one of the bars was not sealed - looked pretty beat up. For the cost - I contacted Atkins - (Simply Good Foods Co) and did not get any response. I sent a copy of my receipt and pictures of the damaged item. I contacted the company a second time and received a response from Joshua Levine - the VP. He was basically RUDE saying he already received my initial complaint - no apologies or even a coupon for money off should I decide to purchase again.
Quality Control needs to be addressed at their warehouses and their Customer Service needs to be addressed from the Vice President down !!

Can't say enough about how utterly horrible the supposedly "Grilled white meat chicken " is!! It was like fake rubberized chicken chopped up. I chewed and chewed& tried to choke it down. How hard or costly would it be to put 1 decent and edible chicken tender actually in there and have your customers buy more ??How about instead make the sauces to sell frozen and let the customer put in their own Real Chicken tender?? Just a thought. Will not ever buy again

To figure out net carbs 20g subtract
fiber 7g = 13g there is 10g alcohol sugar so you divide those sugars in half leaving 5g and subtract it from the 13g leaving 8g net carbs is my understanding, yet your package Carmel chocolate nutroll bars says it's only 3 net carbs? If someone can explain how that could be true, I would love to know?

I never actually subscribed, but keep getting e-mails that I don't want.
I have tried unsubscribing manually which doesn't do anything.
I have e-mailed them 4 times already about deleting my personal details as is my right. They don't answer.

I want to be contacted with the correct way to contact Atkins, so I can get written confirmation that all my information has been deleted from their system, and I won't receive any more e-mails!

Why is it, that you advertise your products as 1G net carb and NO HIDDEN CARBS, but my sugar spikes by 60 points after eating it?

False advertising?

Should we warn other diabetics and keto peeps about this malpractice?

I usually like their products however the lemon snack bar tastes like a bad lemon. I will not buy this product again nor do I recommend it.
