Again an update from January

Again an update from January and last week.

As i reviewed before. Atk is full scam. They send broken product, did Not refund, did Not replace. On top of that they initiated a second payment for the same amount from my Credit card when i never ordered anything.

I spoke with them for months now, Provided every evidence they asked for MULTIPLE Times : still same copy paste and no answer/ help. and dont get blinded by their replies Here. I again send them a Mail, as previous no answer.

Your payments are not safe on atk. Your data is not safe on atk. They will take your money and will not even answer you anymore.

I need to get my money back with authorities and lawyers. Its annoying, so be smarter and dont buy atk.

The customer service was amazing

The customer service was amazing
Even tho I decided to get a refund on my order (it was because i just figured that i didn't need the product anymore), the experience was absolutely great with no problem, the staff where super clear with the instructions and a very friendly staff.

Efficient, high quality.

So far I have bought 3 products with ATK gaming. The most recent product I bought was the ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 ultimate in Pearl blue. The mouse performs amazing, feels super light, and looks absolutely beautiful in the blue color. Before I had a R1 pro, which did its' job and is also an awesome product. I am very happy with both mouses, but this one will last me a long time in FPS games.

I'd also like to add that I ordered this mouse at the end of the Chinese New Year Sale on the 26th and my mouse came in on the 4th of March so only a 6 day wait, which is insane considering I live in the United States. I will be buying ATK products again, and I highly recommend them! They sell only high quality products.

Horríble customer service and scam

I bought a product with them and after i while they sent me an email saying the item is out of stock. I told them that i could wait until the is Back in stock and then they can send the item. A few days later they sent me another email saying the item is discontinued and if i want to switch to another item or get a refund. I told them i want to replace for another item and how do i do it. Its been 5 days and i havent got a response. I ve sent a lot of emails and even try to call them still no response. No customer service. If they end up responding to this my order was Order #ATKGR37568

Great products and helpful warranty support

I have bought several ATK mice and one controller from them. The mice work perfectly and the quality is excellent.

My controller had an issue after about 1.5 months – one of the back buttons stopped working. I contacted support and they handled the warranty quickly and professionally. They sent me a replacement controller without any problems.

Overall I’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. It’s good to see a company that stands behind their warranty.

Customer service experience

This is my first time buying a keyboard after 10 years of using, a friend recommended me to buy from them. When I noticed that I forgot to put my unit number so I contacted them and emailed about my situation hoping they would do something to change it before they shipped out and end up waiting so long for them to respond and still no answer till this day about my shipment address change. I even send a complaint email to them and yet no respond or answer from them. I felt like I got scam, my order number: #ATKGR37550

I ordered a mouse and it never arrived

I ordered a mouse and it never even arrived. I complained to their customer support and I kept getting AI answers where they check with logistic team. I waited over a month for no updates. Would not recommenced, go with a safer option.

Update: I made a support case as requested and it's just as useless as the first time. My order number is ATKGR31272

Buying Experience and Customer Service was excelent.

I recently bought the ATK Blazing Sky GHOST and a keyboard for my office. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the Blazing Sky was in backorder and I paid for express shipping. I had to email ATK Customer Service and it was a very ease experience. They answered all my concerns and they were fast on the response. Will recommend buying from this brand.
