Initially very pleased with the service and even to date, the building which was received in May. I became slightly concerned lately when I wasn't receiving a reply to a query I had when usually replies had been quite prompt. Upon finally getting a reply from Sean, the director I dealt with, I was informed he no longer owned the company but that it had been taken over by the majority shareholder, a Craig Inglis. I have no understanding where this leaves the ten year warranty which came with the building. However the biggest blow was today when I phoned the consumer protection association. It's clearly stated on their website that they were awarded membership with this body but upon phoning the CPA, they informed me that this company had not been a member with them for atleast a year. I appreciate it's a long post but I'm aware there are people who have recently had their rooms done and probably not aware of this so wanted to pass it along. Clearly there has been false advertising at play.

After 3 attempts to fix a leaking roof the issue still remains unresolved, the company are no longer responding to any correspondence, a 10 year structural warranty was supplied with the purchase, seems very much like this won't be honoured due to lack of response from Athome.

Cracks started to appear on the internal plaster within weeks of construction. We were told this would be rectified but were asked to wait until the winter was over to see if any further cracks materialised during the cold weather (which they did). We have attempted to contact the business numerous times to have the defects removed, all to no avail. We are now having to pursue legal action against this business as they are ignoring all attempts to resolve matters amicably. Don’t trust - use a more reputable supplier

Giving one star due to being ignored when raising faults after installation. We were told to wait until the end of summer and they would come and fix the issues. Now we are just being blanked from any messages sent. We are now being forced to take legal action to remedy this.

Great workmanship and service from Sean and his team. They built my garden office in 4 days and couldn't be happier with it. They use the best of materials and I have never seen a more clean and tidy construction site.

Amazing space, for work and relaxing.
Sean and the team are incredibly professional, initial discussions, layout and advice on where to build.
This means I can make the most of a suntrap, and it's toasty warm for guests in the evening.

From start to finish atHome delivered a fantastic service. I chose The Burrow 3x3 to fit a space of the garden that was unused. 5 days to install and communication from Sean was great. I have the perfect working from home space and my commute is literally 10 secs door to door. Thank you to all the team at atHome I would definitely recommend.
