I don’t usually write reviews but after Months of Worry, stress and dark thoughts I found Atherton 🙏🏻.
My business was in trouble to the point I struggled to put food on the table for my family. The debts were mounting and I couldn’t see a way out.
I turned to google for a solution and came across the concept of a company sale.
There seem to be a few companies offering this service but because Atherton have been in business for over 12 years and have good reviews I went with them.
And thank God I made the right choice.
From the first call to the companies sale around 4 days later I couldn’t believe how straightforward they made this.
I now have a debt free business in the same trade allowing me to once again provide for my kids.

I was not asked to leave this review but I am writing this for those business people who have found themselves is circumstances they have been unable to control. I had to close my 40 year old businesses after Covid completely destroyed them. One business I put through liquidation process which now adversely affects me, for example my costs on insurance, credibility as a business person and various other issues that come with it however my second business was sold on through Atherton. Had I known about Atherton before it would have been the right path for both businesses. You learn from mistakes, mine is too late but hopefully this may help you.

Clear instructions, advice and an easy process shared by John at Atherton. We were quite uncertain as to whether we should use their services but we made the right decision.

Having found the company in a difficult position after Covid and struggling for a couple of years to claw our way out of debts. We saw no option but to look into disposal in one form or another. We thought there was no way out and Atherton provided what appears to be a lifeline to get on with life and focus on the new business. My Company was struggling with debts. The only way out I thought was bankruptcy and started to search this up on the internet. This is where I came across National Company Rescue Online and really did not know that selling the company was an option. I researched this idea and realised that many other companies had done this. I reached out to John and wish I had done this sooner. The process was so simple and any questions was answered quickly. I checked the legal details with a solicitor and after confirmation - went ahead with the sale which was all completed within a few days. I cannot recommend John and his team enough. They have helped me get through a difficult and stressful time.
