Ordered a razor kit that was on…
Ordered a razor kit that was on backorder. It said the item would be shipped 2-3 weeks after placing the order. That time has since passed and still no shipping notification. Sent an email to their customer service who said that razor was on backorder and would ship in a couple weeks. (It's been over a month.) That would all make sense except I've been to the website, and it seems that razor has been put back in stock. Still no shipping email. Contacted them again and got the same exact copy and paste response. It would be more helpful if they actually responded instead giving me a run-around.
If it was truly on backorder still then why list it as in stock?
