I was as amazed by the customer service as I am their products. They were kind and understanding of my situation and even though it was my error that led to me not receiving my product they are sending out a replacement. Super Customer Service
I reached out to CS because I needed assistance purchasing another razor in the new pink. I'm not tech savvy so Sydni offered to do it on her end for me.
This was my first time contacting CS for this issue. It was taken care of that very day. I highly recommend Athena. I love the razors... I have a hard time finding one that is consistent and can get a close shave every time without irratation. I love many other products they sell as well. Thank you Athena!
