Shocking Customer Service
Ordered a protective monitor screen through EBay 01/01/2026. Received a notification the order had been dispatched and a tracking number was provided. Checked the tracking information a few day before the order was due to arrive. Nothing, no information whatsoever. I brought this to the attention of the company who claimed it had been lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a re-sent shipment. I kindly offered to wait a few days in case the item arrived, assured by their offer of a refund or a second shipment. Three weeks later I requested that they re-send the item, the emails remained unanswered. It was only when I sent an email direct through EBay customer services that they replied. Again offering to re-send the item immediately. I requested the item be sent for a second time, again they ignored my communication. No item was sent and no apology was offered. Again I contacted EBay management who issued a full refund immediately. Their statement to re-send my order was false, their communication was abysmal, their customer service was non existent. Shocking treatment to a customer who purchased an item from them in good faith. If this company can treat me this way they can do the same to you. Caveat emptor( buyer beware).
