Love the entire piece! The Monceau size is just nice to fit everything even my digital camera. The bag is beautifully crafted with a nice calf leather. Recommended buy!

Ordering and shipping was flawless. Unfortunately the item didn’t fit my needs and the product description and video didn’t accurately reflect how a laptop could be placed in the bag. The bag didn’t actually close with a laptop so for me it was a no and wish that the 13 inch laptop that the description said would fit mentioned that the bag wouldn’t secure close. Would have save me the 30 euro return fee as I wouldn’t have ordered.

Excellent shipping and delivery time to Canada as well as prompt email confirmation and tracking. I took a gamble and purchased the mini Sully bag after seeing an ad on Instagram. It is as beautiful online as it is in-person. The gold hardware looks very elegant as it is not overly shiny; and the adjustable strap has enough holes to make it to the length I prefer. The leather feels sturdy and the workmanship is precise. Thank you for a great experience!

The bag (Mini Marly) is lovely. The buying experience online is easy, delivery is fast and the bag arrived beautifully packaged. My only wish is that there could be a medium Marly, just halfway between the mini and the regular size.
Edit: I've noticed another reviewer saying there was no protective plastic on hardware. There is, but it's so imperceptible it's almost invisible, both on the lock and all four feet. In fact, it's so subtle that I'm leaving it on.
