I can see from the tracking email that your parcel left our warehouse on time and unfortunately there was a delay at the DPD depot along the way. Expired products
I made an order on Sunday 3rd July order number 111805.
I made a request to receive items with the latest expiry date possible. However, I did not expect to receive expired items. All of the combos pizzeria pretzel snacks have a best before the date of June 2022.
I am truly not pleased with this especially as there was no compensation for receiving expired items.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Since making my concerns known, I was contacted and refunded the cost of the expired items. Thank you.
