The best professional trading app I'm using. I used to use Ninjatrader 8, but it is not convenient, fast, uses less computer resources

Worthless. They charge you even though you've already canceled. Then you send multiple emails to rectify the situation, but they don't respond and don't refund your money.

My bank created a payment problem.
ATAS support could solve it and maintained my advantages in spite of the brief deactivation that happened.
Many thank for your help in solving the problem.

How ATAS X works on MacOS, so fluidly with that massive amount of market depth data... I don't how that's even possible...
Only ATAS team could pull off such a miracle !
Thank you so much for all that effort and keep the good work !

I so want(ed) ATAS to work out for me, but I'm sorry to say that I regret paying for a full year up front.
If you're planning to use ATAS, I strongly recommend paying by month for at least 1-2 mos. first so you can thoroughly try out the full feature set at the level you plan to use before committing to a longer, non-refundable term.
Summary: The platform is strong in theory, and has the potential to be one of the best order flow platforms out there. But the quality of the software development/engineering/QA/UX, followed by inadequately robust knowledge base documentation, more than offsets all the positives, at least for me.
In the last approx. 7 weeks, I've submitted no fewer than 22 support tickets (each with a screen-share video I've recorded) to report bugs in indicators or chart drawing objects that don't work as they should - and/or, to a lesser extent, things that do work but that are so poorly explained (if they are referenced at all) in the self-serve knowledge base documentation that they've required me to submit a support ticket to get an explanation of how they work.
The amount of time and energy this has taken away from my trading has been significant to say the least. Most days, I feel like ATAS should be paying ME to use the platform given the amount of feedback I'm giving them on all the stuff that's wrong.
Related to this, there are features missing that, in my view, should have been there from the day ATAS launched and that I honestly can't believe are missing (did they even do any piloting/testing by real traders before launching this thing?). One of the most glaring of many examples: If you have 8 horizontal lines (drawing objects) on a chart and pull up the object list, all you'll see for descriptors for those lines are the words "horizontal line" for each - there's no way to tell which one is, say, a line labeled/colored "Support" vs. one for "Resistance" without actually clicking into the settings for each object. Want to easily select and delete all of your "Support" lines while leaving the "Resistance" lines from the list? You can't do it.
I feel sorry for the support team, which has had to field my near-daily stream of tickets and has, for the most part, provided good quality support. I'm most impressed with the response time, which has nearly always been within 24 hours - but I more wish I didn't have to get their help in the first place. Note that if you're a No. American-based user, as I am, the support team's live hours overlap only minimally with when you'll be on the charts.
ATAS is currently in alpha (beta?) on a comprehensive platform overhaul called ATAS X that I've tested intermittently. So far it's faster, more stable and easier to use in some respects vs. the current production platform. But I wish ATAS had thrown the software dev resources for ATAS X first at fixing all the stuff in the production platform rather than moving ahead with an overhaul that I worry will continue to propagate many of the current production platform's deficiencies, and doesn't do anything to improve my experience today.
