I called them to get more information about the subscription, but the person I spoke to was extremely rude. He didn't try to help at all and simply told me to read the website. If the information on the website had been sufficient, I wouldn't have called in the first place. I strongly do not recommend this company, especially if you're an expat or not very fluent in Dutch.
