Well unfortunately a I can say is scam casino needs the gambling commission to take a look at it tried several times to withdraw my winnings after passing there verification they kept cancelling my withdrawal saying needing bank code which I a had put serval times in the end I gave up and just wasted the money on there poor slot games please if I can stop one person from going on this site I will be happy but bear in mind if you win don't expect to recieve it cause you will get NOTHING SCAM SCAM SCAM

Scam Casino - I've been playing online for years but never have I been treated so rudely - Finally got a win on this site - $4800, got verified and they then promptly dumped my balance, told me my funds were cancelled and copy pasted their terms but didn't give a specific reason as to why I was in breach

To top it off they then had the balls to send me more promo emails - You'd think if I was really cheating they'd probably not want me to come back --- oh that's right they just want those sweet deposits knowing they're really not going to pay you anything anyways.. terrible stay away.. site looks great which is what fooled me - take your money elsewhere!!

Had winnings of £6000 in account, and they removed it and said I was part of a 3rd party, tampering with vpn and tampering with bonuses, and took the money away. Leaving me with nothing.
Have asked for all my money I have deposisted to be refunded.
They said my documents were fraudulent even though they checked them in to e first place and accepted them.
Was on the site for months with no issues and have had payouts. Soon as win big they shut account and take money.

As many other wrote, Casino is a complete scam, and if you win they will not pay out! My example is not that bad, lost some 450€ of sports betting winnings, so that teils you when they don't pay out even smaller players, what would happen if you deposit some serious money.

Played roulette, had 3 spins, all of which said “system error” as the ball span around yet still deducted my money, then a spin I won they never paid out, then within seconds my account went from £600 to -£54.
Not responding to emails, live chat just say it’s been escalated but I have 0 faith I am ever going to get my money back, basically theft.

They denied my winnings if $14000. They said I used fraudulent documents when verifying my account (not true), they also accused me of manipulating the game and bonuses (again, not true) and they also accused me of disguising my IP ADDRESS (never did such a thing). They told me their decision is final and I have no recourse. I noticed they ve done this to other people (read the other reviews here) as well in their short time they’ve been open (just a few months old) . I would not recommend this casino. They also changed their address from astrozino 24 to astrozino 14 but the link takes you to the same casino. Who’s really fraudulent, dishonest and do not deserve to have patrons. Liars, thieves and definitely a scam. Do not join here. Their withdrawal is limited to $500 per approval which takes 3 business days if they don’t find an issue, then it’s longer. It would have taken me many months to withdraw my winnings they stole. There are so many other, better more honest and reputable casinos that offer great bonuses and higher withdrawals and that pay out winnings. Do you really want to take a chance with these crooks? Don’t.
Why does this site get a score of 2.1 stars when everyone has given them a 1 star rating. They don’t deserve more than one star.

I should read this reviews before I stepped in to this black hole! I have requested a permanent account closure, and they asked me to fill a form, where I had to select from a few options when my account will be reopen automatically ! And the longest period it was 30 days. Unbelievable, my request it was for forever, and the options from their side just 30 days😡

I deposited via Paysafe and won a withdrawal of €3246.99. The casino cancelled my withdrawal, removed the funds from my account, and left only €115.

They accuse me vaguely of “VPN use” or “fraud” without providing any proof. I have never broken their Terms & Conditions.

I have already opened official complaints with Casino Guru and AskGamblers, and I have also reported the case to Paysafe.

This casino refuses to pay winnings and ignores communication. Stay away – this is a scam site.

You can deposit $2500 at a time but withdrawal takes forever and you can only withdraw $500. No live chat and you can only request a withdrawal after the first one has been approved.

Still waiting for my first deposit to be processed.

I would advise anyone against this casino. I made a couple of deposits and got a win of around 2500£. The verification process is long and tedious and the fact you can only withdraw £500 per time is ridiculous. They want you to gamble everything away. My withdrawal has been pending for days and still nothing. I'm expecting myself just to gamble all of my winnings here.

I asked for my account to be closed and was told that they could not do so because of their policies. If anyone has a gambling problem steer clear of this site. There is little to no chance of getting the bonuses on any of the games.
