When I tried to unsubscribe, I followed the instructions and I was still paying for the service. And when I wrote many emails describing this problem there was just a computer generated response. I still am paying when I really don’t want this service. Especially after this unreasonable conduct.

Dear Andre, I am very sorry about this confusion and I don't know how I didn't see your messages, but please note I work alone and often have a backlog of queries which I try and answer swiftly. You are in fact unsubscribed for further emails from as you wanted so I have obeyed your request in full. However, I think what you actually wanted to do was cancel your subscription payments, which is different to unsubscribing from emails from me in which case you must cancel via paypal. I do this to ensure there is no risk of scamming or danger to your money. Only you have access to your funds and account and only you can stop future payments for any monthly reports you order.
This is explained in my terms and conditions but I am sorry again it was not clearer for you. It is never my intention to confuse or delay any client who wishes to end their engagement with me. Please go direct to paypal, to your own personal account and stop payments there. Please let me know if there is any further issue and I am sorry again about missing this query. Have a blessed day.
