I have still not received the refund for the unauthorized charge.

You previously informed me by email that my refund had been processed. However, as of today, no refund has been credited to my account. Therefore, I have reason to believe that the refund has not actually been completed.

I demand that you process the refund immediately and provide clear proof that the refund has been successfully sent.

If I do not receive the refund promptly, I will report this matter to the relevant authorities, including the cybercrime police, the Japanese government agencies responsible for cross-border consumer protection, and the Embassy of Cyprus. I will also pursue all other available legal and administrative remedies.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond without further delay.

To bad the cost would be the reason they would lose my business.

It was a great reading that felt aligned with my energy. The only thing I found that would be the only reason I wouldn't enjoy another read is how much it cost for 2 minutes. I paid $20. That was extremely expensive and doesn't come close to valued time.
