This shop doesn't even deserve half a star. Because they wrote in their policy for selling products that if you are not satisfied with the product, return the product and your money will be refunded. The product that was sent to me was different from what I ordered, but it's all just a lie. This shop has no responsibility towards customers, so don't waste your money.👎👎👎

If I could give less than one star, I would. I purchased an intimacy cream and received something completely different in a smaller size. The only thing that matched the name was the sticker on the box. I contacted the company to request a refund for their bait and switch scam that they just perpetrated, and requested the address where I could return their cheap Chinese knockoff cream. They offered me 20% of my original cost and for me to keep their bogus cream. I emailed again. They then offered me 32%. Another email. Then an offer for 40% like it was a great deal, and I could also keep the cream! Nope. After my 5th email attempt to ameliorate this issue, I called Apple and they were appalled at the stupidity I was being subjected to by this company, and given a refund of 100% of my money.
In total—DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RECEIVE CHEAP, CHINESE CRAP

Been waiting for 2 weeks for delivery! Has anyone got phone or email for them?

I must admit, it does take a while to get here, but I have started using my magic oil, a little result, but I am finding I’m not scratching my excema so much.

TOTAL SCAM. The so called slimming patches are nothing more than pieces of sticking tape that are really fiddly to get apart and don’t do absolutely anything to help you lose weight. Their advert and video said these patches were better than Ozempic. Maybe they meant you can lose £’s not lbs ?🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I know we should be wary of false claims and scams and should probably not be so gullible but when they advertise on Facebook and Google and other platforms and they mention another well known slimming product that is known to work, I really thought it sounded like an authentic slimming product. I am VERY, VERY disappointed, angry and upset. I need to lose weight. It’s very difficult for me to lose weight for several reasons. I can’t have the injections due to past health conditions. PLEASE TRY AND GET THESE SCAMMERS OFF THESE PLATFORMS SO THEY CANNOT CONTINUE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. ALSO OZEMPIC SHOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT.

Tried product when it eventually arrived after about 3 weeks. It wasn't the product I ordered and all it was was a piece of sticky plaster and nothing like the advertised patches. I used for a week and absolutely nothing happened. I'm extremely upset about the whole process and out of pocket too. Please give this product a wide berth as it doesn't do what is advertised

I received a different product from what I ordered. It is non refundable because it is a cream. It is not easy to contact them. I am still trying to do that. This company is a scam. I wish I could give 0 stars as a rating.

Arrived in a timely manner however very disappointed with product. No weight loss at all

Not happy with this product, it looked amazing on the advert like it showed a difference straight away, I’ve used daily on upper arms very disappointing I would not

I have not received mine I paid Mastercard can I get my money back back. The r mail address does not work don’t recognise my order number how do google let them go on there engine

My experience has been awful. I’ve got my package. All just tape. I contacted customer service. Tried to tell them that my product was not the one they were showing on their video. They told me it would work well it didn’t. I am still talking to them as such trying to get my money back on the product they said they use as mine certainly isn’t.

Product didn't work for me. Company wouldn't give refund even though request was within the specified time. Procedure to return goods so complicated and expensive for the customer that I suspect most don't bother, in the end, like me!
Waste of time and money. Would definitely not recommend this company or products. Not able to give less than one star but that is what they deserve.

Be warmed do not waste your money absolute rubbish, all you get is just like a piece of sticky tape the one they advertise in the advertisement you get to plaster a little black one and a white one when goes over the top and all you get them all you get is a white sticky piece of plaster they do nothing you do not lose a pound all you lose is money. it cost me £55 nearly because I complained they offered me a 40% refund and keep the patches. I said the patches are no good anyway all they’re good for is going in the bin. I’ve got £20 back out of my £55 so please don’t waste your money. but only how they break in regulations in England through false advertising they’re ripping off people so please take this as a warning. I think some of the reviews on this site are fake.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It’s been over two months since I placed my order and I have still not received the goods. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times and while they do respond, all they ever say is “please wait, it’s on the way.” “Contact evri” “we are looking into it”………..
This feels like a total scam — they took my £35 and delivered nothing. It may not seem like a huge amount, but if they’re doing this to others too, it quickly adds up.
Please don’t waste your money or fall into the same trap. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of action and accountability. Avoid at all costs.
