Falling for it. Product delivered was joy product advertised. The product delivered costs £2-£3.00 and comes from China. Its is not quality product and I wouldn’t put it in my skin. They are advertising a trademarked product Glow Essence and delivering cheap chinese West Month oil which can be purchased for a fraction of what they are charging. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

The si called trim patches are little squares of fabric cut up in a plastic bag they say you can have a redunf if you're not happy then when you say its a scam they invoke their return policy which says you have to pay to return the product to Chinese warehouse or settle for 20% refund and keep the product

These patches are just fake!! I've used them as told and after 10 days haven't lost an ounce. I've read the reviews and apparently I'm not the only one, the patches are just ordinary sticking plasters. So disappointed, what a waste of money, I really thought someone had found something that works.

Don’t waste your money like I did. Ordered 3 packs of Trim Patch and didn’t receive what was advertised. I was sent 3 packs of plain white sticking plasters. Tried to contact company but didn’t get anywhere. Very expensive for 36 sticking plasters.

I ordered their product FirmGlow. I was sent the wrong product, not FirmGlow. They said I would have to pay to return it to Hong Kong - they wouldn’t offer me a refund unless I did this. In the end they gave me 40% of cost to keep a product I didn’t want and never ordered. Atrocious service
