Falsely advertising free returns
I ordered 3 items from them after seeing a friend of mine ordering from them and receiving a note in the package that said that returns are free and that Astratex pays the shipping. I got the same not when I ordered my items. I then wanted to return one of the items and it turned out they're in fact not paying for the shipping of the returned item. I reached out to the support and they claimed the note was a mistake and were unwilling to make any amends, insisting I should pay for the shipping of the returned item. I do not recommend ordering from them, their support is not willing to help and they do not deliver on their promises.
