I had a problem originally of my own making in not being able to select the correct cover for my Apple iPad. However, Astra were very courteous and helpful (and patient) in leading me back through the process of selecting the right model. They even let me retain the original (albeit incorrect) case which I could “gift” within my family, or friends, where it would match a particular iPad.

I bought a case for an iPhone 13 it’s my second case I love it so much it’s excellent quality fits like a dream. Delivery was quick and arrived when they said. I would recommend Astra cases. I wouldn’t hesitate getting a new case from them when I upgrade my phone.

I ordered a case for my pixel 9A a few months ago from Astra Cases UK. I realized I had selected the wrong size by accident so messaged them promptly (as per their policy) and they confirmed the change. However, I got sent the incorrect sized case. I then messaged to say I would like another case to be sent out and they refused, cutting that I didn't change the order confirmation. After showing them I had emailed directly to change the order they then sent another case. This time the right size but wrong colour! You couldn't make it up.. each time I had to justify using their own policy why I should be sent the correct case. Will not be using again.

This company is in China not UK..I ordered in good faith and when I tracked it said it would be delivered in July ..this is for an order placed in February. I tried to cancel they said it would be delivered on 19th not arrived. Now cannot send emails as keep bouncing back . BEWARE do not buy . Will have to go through my credit card and try and get a refund. Wish I'd read the negative reviews on here .

They would not process full refund of unopened case which is against the legal requirements. They said I would have to send it back to a location internationally where the case was made. Disgraceful experience

Astracases UK, despite their stating they have a refund policy do not allow customers to access it.
They fraudulently altered my purchase date,extended delivery to avoid my being able to request a refund for a product of the wrong size and not fit for purpose.
Despite their efforts,I submitted a claim within their stipulated time frame and still they closed my case without explanation.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS OUTFIT TO HONOUR THEIR OBLIGATIONS.

The item I received is so below par for a £35 case.

Honestly it feels so so cheap. The build quality is abysmal. The tablet just barely scrapes inside the case as theres no tolerance, almost had to get the tools out to hammer it in.
The case is essentially a bunch of the cheapest materials in china held together with mountains of glue, and it shows.

There's actually a white seem that goes right the way round because they didn't taper the edges in before sowing (like you'd do in a book e.g). Instead it's 2 materials of the exact same dimensions sandwich together with adhesives and stitching, frayed edges on display. Pretty ugly contrast to the sleek black design I've seen advertised and purchased.

I really feel like I've been ripped off for this purchase at £35.

As you've probably seen by the rest of the reviews, it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get to you.

I want full refund.

It took a while to resolve the problem but we got there in the end ?, a very good teen who worked to get me what I required 👍

This is my second purchase.
After unpacking item there was an issue.
I contacted Astracases about the fault and they have acknowledged the problem and will be sending out a new replacement which I’m very grateful for.
So once replacement is delivered I’ll be happy.
