There were some issues with my account in the beginning, and I expected some usual answers from the support team. To my surprise, it was done rather quickly and even humanely.

Please do not use this company, they are a total scam. You trade with them then when you want to withdraw your funds they tell you you have been doing an ai bot in the background. They told me I had 27000. Then the scam starts they make you withdraw it into a fake trust wallet account. When you come to try and put it into an exchange they want another 2000 to pay fees. It is a cloned trust wallet account. When you find them out a guy called Jonathon starts harassing you saying it’s not a scam etc. please do not use at all costs.

At first, I wanted to try this trading platform and deposit a minimal amount. My concern was related to depositing and security since there are numerous scam websites available nowadays. I liked that there were no pressure or pushiness from support representatives.

Im not professional trader or anything like that. Mostly learning and trying small trades. The platform didnt scare me away and support answered beginner questions without attitude which was nice.

Everything is okay overall but one bank withdrawal took 4 business days. Maybe depends on bank side too. Besides that no serious complaints.

Usually registration on financial platforms becomes annoying with endless emails and checks. Here it was actually pretty straightforward. Verification approved next morning and I could start testing the account.

Wanted to say thanks to support guy who helped me recover access after I changed my phone. Thought it would become a long process but solved same day.
