I ordered something yesterday it was suppose to come today, now its very late and no update from them. I called now they say it will be reached tomorrow. So unprofessional. Not recommended. Noon is far far better than them to order any supplements

COMPLAIN

HI ASTER GROUP.

This is RIDICULOUS.

April 11, 2026, I ordered online and it says delivery same day. After a few minutes it was changed to standard delivery which is the next day. I let it slide for it is only a day waiting for MY IMPORTANT MEDICINE using CASH and VOUCHER.

April 12, 2026, I called this number 800 700 600, one Indian guy answered, HE TOLD ME, if you want your order to be delivered right away you need to cancel and order again with FULL PRICE without the Voucher... MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED 13th April!!!!!!!!

My order was delayed due to the VOUCHER?
I am paying for this, and "NEXT TIME DONT SCAM YOUR CUSTOMER USING YOUR VOUCHER".

NEXT TIME IF THIS HAPPEN, I WILL COMPLAIN YOU IN A "Consumer protection UAE"

The most pathetic approach to an online…

The most pathetic approach to an online store! They accept your order and then hours later issue a refund. But the actual refund is usually less than the amount you paid, so they then issue more than one refund. When you do receive a product, it’s usually expired. PLEASE STOP SELLING ONLINE AND WASTING YOUR CLIENTS TIME AND MONEY.

They didn’t refund in exact amount

I ordered a vitamins from Amazon, it was quite delayed due to current situation so I search in google the vitamins then it was available in the myAster with discounted price so I ordered right away. The delivery was good but the label I received is different so I double checked my order , it was my mistake..I decided to return the item but the sad thing, they deducted from the amount I paid.. I sent message through email telling them that this is not my first time to order and return online especially in Amazon,Noon, Temu & even iHerb as they sent a token if it’s delayed. I’m their regular customer,they refunded it in full amount either if it was discounted or not.. Hoping they improve their customer service. Good luck

The worst online service that too on…

The worst online service that too on healthcare/ pharmaceutical business. Once you pay place the order there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get the item. App shows wrong tracking. When you call and enquire the person who attends the call has no clue. I have made an order for an urgent delivery before I travel. They kept me waiting for around 8 hours and still didn't deliver. Now I have to leave without the item after having paid and their tracker saying for the last 7 hours that item is on the way. I suggest aster stay away from online business.

I had a very disappointing and…

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Aster Online Pharmacy.

Before placing my order for a nebulizer for my baby, I checked the delivery time, which showed same-day delivery within 90 minutes (around 12:07 PM). Based on this, I placed the order at around 9:30 AM, trusting that it would arrive as promised.

However, after 12:30 PM, when the delivery did not happen, I called customer care and was informed that the delivery would only happen the next day. I clearly explained multiple times that this was urgent for my baby’s health and requested them to arrange it from the nearest branch, especially since the item was available there.

Despite calling them twice and explaining the seriousness of the situation, no proper action was taken. I trusted them, but I feel completely misled.

Now it is 11 PM, and I still have not received the item.

This is not just a delay — it is a false delivery commitment and very poor customer service. When it comes to a baby’s medical needs, such negligence is unacceptable.

If I had known the actual situation earlier, I would have made alternative arrangements, as the item was available at my nearest branch. I ordered online only because I was unable to go in person.

Very bad experience. Not recommended for urgent medical needs.

Piece of advice never ever go for Aster

their service deserve ratings in negative worst application to use very unprofessional team
One should never order from them
Delay deliveries without notice, unprofessional courier guys, they wont respond calls, their warehouse takes weeks to confirm something.
I have refund stuck with them for month now, they dont care about customers
Spoke with 10+ agents they just want cut the call without any progress

Honestly their services is super super…

Honestly their services is super super bad in my opinion every time we make order it’s never ever come on the same day as per what it’s actually supposed to be.. always they send you message like “sorry for lablbaa we add 7 AED for your next purchase” and it’s all lie you didn’t find it anywhere and you can’t use it in any other purchase I try their services more than 3 times and every time same situation and same lie.. honestly no need to deal with them at all just imagine you are in need to deliver the medicine on time for some serious problem and then you got “ oh sorry we can’t and all that drama” are you serious?? The person need to die before you deliver the medicine????

Trash

We have been used to this trash experience before, we have ordered two items last week but has still not come , the reason was that the delivery driver cancelled the order two times, we called customer service and asked them to at least place the order again but they still refused to do nothing and told us to buy it again on different price rates . I had received call from the driver while I was in my office, I told him to give the order on Saturday. The day has come but I had received nothing ,I called the driver to ask him where my order was was, and he literally said that he gave it to his partner to deliver, the partner did not arrive and I had received a message from aster stating that my order was cancelled . Next I called Aster customer service to understand the reason why my order was cancelled, they said that it is not their fault and that it is the driver responsibility to deliver my order , they should understand that due to geopolitical situation every one is facing lots of issues , I requested customer services to place the order again but they said that asper their side they can’t place the order again . This is the worst experience received from any delivery team before

Older batch ITEM received

Dear Customer Support Team,

I placed an order for a Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream thThe order value was approximately AED 108, and since it was my first order, a discount was applied.

However, when I received the product, I noticed that the manufacturing date is April 2024 and the expiry date is March 2027. This means the product is already quite old. I specifically ordered this item to send to my home country, so receiving an older batch is very disappointing.

When I contacted customer care, I was informed that this was the only batch available in the selected pharmacy, and they were not willing to check availability in other Aster stores. This response was not satisfactory and made the experience even worse.

This has been a very disappointing experience for a first-time customer. I request you to please look into this matter and provide a proper solution.

Im the regular customer of LIFE PHARMACY and never faced a issue like this

Worst experience with Aster online

Have just had the worst experience with Aster online delivery. Had placed an order today morning at 6.45 AM for express delivery with premium charge and the delivery guy called me at 6 PM for address confirmation. Then no delivery was received and upon calling back the rider says its delivered but we never got the shipment. Called the support center to be told they can send complaint the next day and when asked to transfer the call to the supervisor, they say no one is available now. Orders are placed here for medicines and what accountability we should expect from such a team and how do we trust the medicines we get through them if we have no option to trace the despatch team itself. Have decided to uninstall this app and to never use any services from Aster clinics, hospitals and pharmacies. Why to risk your life and money. UAE Health ministry should look into this before something grave happens.. #DHA #MOHAP

Systematically unreliable delivery…

Systematically unreliable delivery service. “Express” orders with a promised 3–4 hour window arrive a day late with no proactive updates, no real apologies, and only copy-paste replies from support. Communication is poor, accountability is zero, and the symbolic 2 AED compensation feels dismissive rather than helpful. If timing matters to you, this service cannot be trusted.
