⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS FAILURE — £119 PAID, MISLEADING COURSE INFORMATION AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT BUYER BE AWARE ‼️‼️‼️

I have over 20 years of experience in the security industry. I am not a newcomer to security, training or professional working environments. I have worked with staff, key workers and operational teams for many years, so I know exactly what professional conduct and customer service should look like.

My experience with Assured Security was completely unacceptable.

I registered for a training course and paid £119. I received the course information and instructions telling me to attend at 9:00am. I relied on the information provided to me and arrived at approximately 8:30am, well before the stated start time.

Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with an extremely rude, confrontational and disrespectful attitude. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong and was effectively treated as if I could not be trusted, despite having the correspondence and booking information showing why I had attended.

I was then told to leave and not attend the course.

The situation became even more serious when I asked about my £119 payment. I was told that my money would not be refunded.

I find this completely unacceptable.

I paid for a service. I followed the information provided to me. I arrived before the advertised start time. I have retained the emails, booking information and other evidence relating to this transaction.

I have therefore reported the payment dispute to my bank and provided the relevant information for investigation.

Let me be absolutely clear: I am not making this review because I simply disliked a training course. I am making it because of what I consider to be a serious failure of communication, professionalism, customer service and fair treatment.

After more than 20 years working in security, I have dealt with countless companies, managers, staff and professional environments. I have rarely encountered customer treatment of this standard.

The manner in which this situation was handled was completely unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a paying customer who had followed the instructions provided by the company.

£119 is not something I am simply going to forget about. I have kept the evidence, raised the payment dispute with my bank and am making other potential customers aware of exactly what happened to me.

If you are considering booking training with this company, keep every email, confirmation, instruction and payment record. Make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for and what happens if you are refused attendance.

This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the organisation.

A professional training provider should communicate professionally, treat customers with respect and take responsibility when something goes wrong. That is not what I experienced here.

Very disappointing. Very serious. £119 paid, course not completed, and an unacceptable attitude when I arrived.
