Disappointing Roadside Assistance Experience
I purchased roadside assistance for peace of mind while traveling. During a trip in Norway, my car displayed several safety-related warning messages. At the time the warnings first appeared late at night, I did not contact Assistansbolaget because workshops were closed and there was nothing that could be done immediately.The next morning, after speaking with an authorized BYD workshop, I was advised to bring the car in for diagnosis. I then contacted Assistansbolaget to request towing assistance, but my request was refused because I had not reported the warning messages the night before. This was very disappointing, as I reached out for help as soon as there was a practical solution available. I expected more flexibility and customer support in a genuine roadside assistance situation.

I took service today at around 1.30 am super expensive. Just 5 minutes drive in stockholm to the nearest okq8 expensive moreover I called swedish emergency number they googled it and give me expensive one. There were many alternatives option to tow the car that I find later by Google.
No recommend. Swedish company is act like a sophisticated but there are msny money robber just like this company.

halvförsäkring krävs - scam
I joined assistansbolaget to get road assistance. The first time I needed them, they said they couldn't help me because I didn't have 'halvförsäkring' with our regular car insurance company, which is ridiculous because with 'halvförsäkring', I would have road assistance already. It's a scam.

They are a scammer; they charged me without asking me to get any insurance. I have had no car for a long time, and they still want to charge me. I am stuck on how to get my payments. do trust this company and remove autopayments if miss that
Feels like a scam
I will give one star because they spoke English with me on the phone, if I could leave 0 stars I would.
In Jan 2024 I received a fake invoice amongst a lot of real bills that I needed to pay. And me not knowing how to read swedish, I don't know which is real and which is fake, so I pay 300kr. A year later I'm getting letter after letter with a 600kr invoice for me to subscribe to another year of something I have no idea about.
I call to cancel and I'm finally put to the cancellation department after 20 minutes speaking to three people and having to explain the same situation to each of them. The last person I spoke to was just trying to convince me to keep paying them as it would supposedly be cheaper and more convenient than using my other breakdown recovery service, that's included in my car insurance. I understand that it's her job to try to convince me, but surely she could tell from the tone of my voice that I'm not really in the mood, and I just want the whole situation to end...
Even if they did provide a good service (which, judging from these other reviews, they don't) I still wouldn't buy it because they only got me to buy it by way of a scam.
I understand its not their fault I can't read swedish, but there's something about sending out invoices in the hopes that someone will pay it that just feels scummy to me. And then on top of that they send out more a year later saying I owe them, and then adding a reminder fee on top. Ridiculous.
