This is a great software which is pretty easy to use as a beginner. They have a nice website where you can find anything you looking for

Asset panda is easy to use and yet has the ability for extreme customization. They have strong support for when things get tricky to do yourself. It covers so much there is always an area to improve. The good news they're always working on improving it and taking feedback from customers.

Asset Panda organized all our files and being a law firm, we have A LOT of files. I cannot even imagine what work would be like without Asset Panda. This product is a game changer.

Have serious problems with the sort/lookup functions.

The staff of Asset Panda are very responsive on every level that we have needed, the platform is straightforward and makes it easy for staff to hit the ground running. We just renewed our annual contract and appreciate the platform very much for our hospitals. Aloha

Our company does not use Asset Panda to the extent of its capabilities. Our main use is for depreciation tracking. The portion we use is extremely user friendly and accurate. And the price was competitive.

Fantastic company, support and software. Absolutely loved implementing this software at my company and the ease of use and configuration is wonderful. They've really thought of everything :)

Good features but access at times can be slow.

I have taken AP for a test drive for two weeks as a trial. The potential that AP provided for what we needed was great. This was last August. It was decided by our team and adminitration that we will be working with AP for the next year. In October 2017, we signed the agreement. So far we are using it to manage our inventory, assets, equiptment, and service on those items. It has taken us about 4 months to implement AP and make it work for us. Now, our team can inventory our center within the hour. We are able to generate reports on the fly. Our next step is to enable notification and automate certain things like preventative maintenance and service on our equipment. We would also like to take the time to thank the support team. They are great at assisting us with issues and making sure we get answers in a timely manner, usually less then 24 hours. We also have been able to make some suggestions to the development team. Hopefully our suggestions are taken and turned into something useful for all users of AP.

Fair subscription fee. Reasonable customer service.

We had a delayed start up due to the nature of our business and having to respond to our customers. When we reached back out for proper implantation Truly felt like We were left to figure it out for ourselves. Customer service made me feel like we were bothering them. Feel like the product could be very useful with support .

After much searching and reviewing of as many products as possible...We chose Asset Panda and couldn't be happier. The product is flexible, expandable and customizable. I don't know how we ever did it without Asset Panda, and the wonderful people that support us. Whenever we think of some new application, if we can't figure out how to do, AP staff and support always steps up and makes it happen.

The program met all our needs for managing our service industry equipment. It also assumed our software management, equipment calibration management as well. The admin level and staff classification makes the structure very delineated. It is very user friendly, great customisation and the ap make it very easy for all staff to access. In addition the pricing model is very good, based on assets, which allows a large workforce to access at a lower cost. Brian Douglas VP Sancon Commissioning.

Its been good and useful. it can be a little tricky navigating the settings to add or subtract different fields for the assets.
