Your team at the Beverly Hills store is amazing they take care of me when I come from Vegas and visit the store. As well enzo has been great via email I love giving your team feed back via social media on the Beverly hill IG.
Jay I do hope you bring back some items like beanies possibly made in wool or cashmere. As well cotton socks and different colour boxer briefs.
My favourite collection is tech essentials love that distressed vintage look and feel.
I love camo cargo pants and if you could do a sweat pants like that or pants that would be sick.
Definitely would love to see a new style bomber jacket and possibly wool hats vs acrylic.
Work out gloves would be sick and winter gloves. As I mentioned to your team about the women line. My GF is an AlO person and if you can study alo and show case the women curves I believe you will have something. She loves the quality of ASRV materials just not the look she loves more curves meaning she wants to show of her curves.
I’m looking forward what you bring jay and I hope you can do a bigger scale of those chunks that would be sick. Maybe 250 price point I can but not 800 I don’t see the value in that…

Your products are second to none
Your products are second to none! The highest quality and most unique sports wear.
The price is justified by the quality HOWEVER… due to being stateside the amount it costs in import tax when shipping to either of my addresses in the UK or Thailand adds up to 30% onto the cost! I wish you had more ‘outlets’ especially as the products are made in a neighbouring country to me in Thailand!!! Ahaha!

Well this is easy! ASRV is favorite brand and it starts with the quality of the product. It performs, it’s designed to perform and it does, and of course it looks great. They will mail your order to the wrong state and then try to fight you and lose the dispute, Christian is a clown.
March 17 update:
I wish I could upload the pdf of your evidence, you literally told the bank "package delivered correct" when the USPS tracking said it was delivered to another state like Ohio or something, and the FedEx tracking showed delivered to Kansas City.
My delivery address was a town 60 miles away from Kansas City, you lied and won the first dispute because the bank just read "Delivered" and believed you without checking scans.
After they checked scans and saw the actual delivery city / state they sided with me no question.
Quit lying lmfao. Joke of a loss prevention department. Get a life and quit stealing from your customers.
March 25 Update:
Dispute finalized in my favor from my bank. Go kick rocks ASRV, quit trying to scam your customers.

Once a package is handed over to the courier, the delivery process falls under their responsibility. While we carefully select our shipping partners, factors such as routing, scheduling, and final delivery are outside of our direct control.
According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout. FedEx has also supplied delivery confirmation, including a photo and the associated documentation.
That said, please rest assured that our team takes situations like this seriously and is conducting a proper investigation. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
