Really great experience from Aspire and from Chloe in particular. She picked out the perfect property for us and after some hiccups from third parties earlier in the process, she managed us through to completion, which cannot have been easy as we are expats purchasing in the UK. Chloe was extremely attentive, proactive, thoroughly professional and always on hand providing with updates throughout the process.

Why do aspire only get in touch when something needs doing for them,you only reached out to Tracy last time because she owed you £25 rent,since then I've contacted you in her behalf regarding the repairs to the property that have been outstanding for nearly 6 months(water leaking into property around electricity sockets)and you haven't replied to my numerous emails...

Dealings were pretty good initially, but quality dropped drastically once the purchase was completed and we were in too deep to easily pull out. First red flag was when a senior person reneged on a commitment and conveniently became so busy he had to pass us off to others. From there, we were passed further on to more persons with so little experience that we were asked to help train them. Unfortunately but expectedly, they were unable to keep their own deadlines, did not have a good grasp of the industry and no sense of urgency. Last straw was being unable to find tenants for more than 3 months which led us to fire them and hire another agent who managed to get everything done within 4 weeks and rectify shoddy workmanship as part of refurbishments APG were trusted to carry out and complete. Finally, we decided to move on to another agent to let and manage our property forgoing the one year free letting/management offered. In summary, there was no wow factor end to end much less the hands-off touted.

So I wanted to sell a property with an existing tenant
I was offered a fair valuation and absolutely no fees.

The first buyer dropped out because it took a while (I needed a PRC which took ages to organise) and they found me a second buyer pretty quickly.
It all went very smooth and they kept me informed. Noura, Poppy and Terry were great, always responsive and answered my questions. Even the Solicitors were good. Very efficient.
Property sale is now complete and the equity was transferred over the same day.

Really good experience so far, though I'm still on my journey to the first property. Spoke with the team over the phone, and then was lucky though to be able to meet on site for the investment review as I live close to the base, and bumped into Jamie who was very welcoming. Service has been great, advice good, and looking forward to making my first move into property investment with Aspire.

I dealt with Poppy, Noura and Chloe in selling my property. All three were good in communication during the process making it easy to deal with all the queries and etc. I also used their solicitor Luke who was really good with the selling process. I would recommend Aspire and will use them again in the future.

I was on board to start my btl journey in March. Chloe has since been taking care of the process. She was reliable, thorough and understanding. Chloe puts herself in my shoe and anticipates any actions before me asking. I am in the process of purchasing my first property. Our house purchases were painfully slow, the agent and the solicitors communication for the vendor was non existent. Fortunately, Terri Kyle at Aspire, was super persistent with emails and phone calls, and eventually managed to get completion dates for both sales. Thank you Terri.
