This item and company are terrible, do not buy from them, when you want to return anything it is to China at your own expense, they will only refund if it arrives in perfect condition which it never does. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!

Agree with all these other reviews. The company is a scam. I found an article that listed this as the best cordless vacuum on the market. Made in Sweden by a proud family-run business etc. When it arrived, after taking an age, the hoover head had a ‘made in China’ label. The hoover has no power, it doesn’t pick up, and when it does pick up, the smallest clump of dust/hair can stop it from spinning. I’ve only had it 3 months and now the hoover head brush has stopped turning. Do not buy!…its a scam!

Late delivery, very poor suction, one of the worst vacuum cleaners ever, avoid to buy!!!

The vacuum also comes with a variety of brush heads, including ones for floors, couches, and corners, which makes cleaning my home a breeze. I've even been able to use it to clean the inside of my car and it works great.

I ordered the cordless vac some days ago and have since found it is being shipped from China as I questioned the long expected delivery date after ordering. This was NOT mentioned anywhere on their site and I am not prepared to wait intil hell freezes over for delivery. I have requested a refund three times to date with no response whatsoever so I will now report the situation to my CC bank. They are obviously a very shabby business. I must add that before ever hearing of Aspirato, i went online to find the best cordless vac.. The site rated this one at the top. I now think it might be a fake site. BEWARE!!

When I first used this vacuum, I was really impressed by how light and portable it was. No need to plug it in, I can freely use it anywhere in the house as long as the battery is charged. The touchscreen controls are very intuitive and I could easily select different suction modes for different cleaning tasks.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

Anyone who is intending to buy from this company please be warned that they are NOT what they may seem. An extremely professional looking site which reviewed vacuum cleaners highly recommended the Aspirato vacuum stating that it was a Danish company. I normally read reviews before placing any order but as this site was so convincing, on this occasion, I ordered the product. However, a day later on reading reviews on Trustpilot I became highly suspicious and cancelled the order. The company initially said it was too late as it had already been shipped but later they said they had managed to cancel it and offered me a refund less 15% restocking fee!! Fortunately for me the Fraud Department at my bank gave me a full refund. I hope and pray that they investigate fully this disgraceful company before they cause further misery and stress to any prospective buyers.

This company are not legit do NOT purchase from them.
Hoover is flimsy and won’t last they do not refund your £179 back!!
As soon as I received the hoover I asked to return but they will not provide details of a return address just hide behind a computer offering 5% back.
I can’t believe I was scammed. I will be pursuing how to report them.

Many emails sent to Aspirato and the best they would offer was a 15% discount on something that did not work. Told me to ship to China at my cost. They informed me that I would also be liable for any custom fees and that I would only receive a partial / no refund based on their inspection and that they would re sell the product.

The delivery took ages to arrive. By the time it arrived I had already purchased another vacuum cleaner. Emailed Aspirato so I could return the vacuum cleaner still intact unopened. The usual avoidance emails backwards and forwards with offers of a discounts. I finally informed them I would consult my solicitor and they then said it would cost me a lot to return to china plus if there was any damage I would not get the refund. Terrible terrible company as everyone had said. Please please avoid!

This company is a disgrace. Paid 179 pound for a cordless vacuum cleaner, when arrived plugged in did not work, emailed Aspirato sent a new battery still did not work this was on 16th June , sent videos & picture they wanted getting the same emails back from them every time I get in touch with them , one big SCAM 16th June

All in all, this is a great performing and great looking vacuum that is perfect for a small household. I'm very pleased with its performance and portability and would highly recommend it to any home!

Worst company ever lie about dispatch lie about returns send constant auto macro messages without actually reading customers requests. 37 emails both ways to no avail. Sent to bank now to try and resolve do not go there

So so disappointed it absolutely rubbish regards use on carpets, okish on hard floors. Avoid if you have pets and a cat/dog or both! Total waste of money

Well, this one exceeded my expectations. It's a beast at picking up dirt, and the HEPA filter is a huge plus for cleaner air.

Do not buy this terrible product!
The vaccum is poorly made with small parts easily breaking. A clip was missing from 'the host' where the battery connects so it only works intermittently. Their customer service is awful with them mostly ignoring my emails or repeating previous offers of discounts to keep the broken vaccum. They will not give a returns address or help in anyway.

I purchased the vacuum cleaner as a housewarming gift for a friend. However, she didn’t need it so returned in original box. It was never removed from the box. Returned it by Roral Mail to address found on website. Emailed company to explain return, company replied saying it needed to be sent back to China, despite a Uk address displayed on the box.
They even tried to persuade me by offering two different discounts!
I fear I have been stupidly scammed.
Moreover, like others, purchased it because I’d read a glowing review… what a con!
Do not buy this. Can’t believe I was so stupid.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Same problem as many have already stated - suction is extremely poor and certainly not fit for purpose.

Been offered 5%, 10% and 15% refund if I keep the vacuum cleaner. Same old rubbish as they have tried to fob everyone else off with re returning to china but the return address on the box is Dunstable?? They are now saying they have to return it to china to determine if any man made damage or if it can be resold.

Avoid this company and please do not purchase this vacuum cleaner😡

This is a drop shipping company from China, the product is not fit for purpose do not purchase from this company Google and Klarna are currently still supporting this fake company. If you purchase you will loose minimum of £45. It is scandalous that this company is allowed to advertise 😡😡😡
