I have been using Aspen Green's gummies (Calm, Rest, Relief & Bliss) and Relief Cooling Cream for 10 months. I am an extraordinarily discerning customer, having assisted with the development of manufacturing standards, quality assurance programs, and regulatory frameworks for CBD dietary supplements, cosmetics and topical products since 2014. Aspen Green's products are outstanding in every way from industry leading quality to efficacy to flavor, texture, aroma, and feel; and this is consistent across products and time. I cannot more highly recommend Aspen Green's CBD products.

I had placed an order and added a subscription for a product on their website. After a couple of months, I decided the product wasn't for me. I logged in and hit cancel on the subscription order, which resulted in "pending cancellation" on my account.

A couple of days later I received an email asking me to send them my phone number (which is on my account) in order for them to "fix it" and essentially explain why I was cancelling the subscription. I have made a decision and wanted a hassle-free experience but now see a few weeks later the subscription is still listed as "pending cancellation."

Had I known it was going to be a pain to simply cancel, I would have steered clear of them completely.

My experience with this company was great. While the product did not work exactly as I'd hoped, they honored their money-back guarantee and refunded me. I would definitely try other products from them.

Contacted them by phone about a proper product. Spoke to someone who was helpful, except she got into some politics which I didn’t appreciate. Then an hour later I get an email stating the product was being shipped from Amazon…except the one I ordered was not the one on Amazon. This guy, Adam, said they are the same, but they have to use a different name as they cannot sell CBD on Amazon. He was obnoxious, I cancelled. Tried to tell me CBD and Hemp was the same thing. Do not recommend at all. I believe they are dishonest.

Ordered Aspen Green relief cream (great reviews online) and am so disappointed. $89, weird pink/fleshtone color that stains fabric (pajamas, bedding) and frankly, worst of all, doesnt work very well. Definitely no cooling action . Some pain relief but not nearly as good a other products on the market. An $89 over-all fail.

Did not like the sleep product. I woke up 5x. I requested to return the product. I was asked if I would like to exchange for another product. I declined and requested a refund. They then sent a 2nd email requesting a call. I sent a third email stating I just wanted a refund. Then they sent yet another email telling me I need to take it for awhile. Let them know if I wanted to return. I have sent three emails asking for a return. Looks pretty clear they didn’t accept returns. Did not like the product as it is for sleep and did not help at all. I have been taking CBD gummies from another company. I never wake up and if anything they are strong. Hence why I tried another brand as I have never deviated from the company. I will go back to my trusted brand. A little slow start in am is well worth a good night rest.

Very pleased with product it's more exspensive but I had no headache and went to sleep with no problem and didn't have any hang over feeling

Enticed with "free samples" then charged, scammed...
Sweatcoin gave me a promo code to get free samples from Aspen Green, with just $1 shipping. Funny, when I hit "checkout" with code and everything, cart showing $1, instead it charged me $48. Immediately I contacted them requesting a refund, which they told me would take seven whole business days, in which time they would still ship the samples. They sent no proof of this refund at the time, either. Seven business days went by, still no refund. I contacted customer service and she sent me a "proof" of refund for a card number that wasn't even mine. Either they are ridiculously dysfunctional or it's some kind of scam...I'm trying to dispute the charge with my bank now but because the total is meant to be $1 instead of $0 it's in a weird financial loophole. So annoying.

First the good news. Good product. I take bliss gummies daily to relieve nerve pain from cervical stenosis. I subscribed to get 30 each month. One a day. Now the bad news. Shipping is a DISASTER!!!! They send emails saying they’re backordered and will be shipped in 6 or 7 days. They’re kind enough to offer free sample packs of gummies to last a few days but it takes a week to get them. But of course they charge your credit card on the day the monthly order should have been shipped per the subscription schedule. And in your online account it says order is complete. Right now it’s Nov. 16. They were billed Oct. 26. Still no delivery. Tracking shows USPS has not even received them yet. They use a “shipping partner” called OSM Worldwide which shows they’ve been crawling my way via 2 Texas stops and now Las Vegas to get to LA. What’s the point of even offering a subscription if you can’t deliver on time. Too bad. Again, great product but the horrid shipping would make me never recommend a subscription. Now looking elsewhere as I’m about to cancel. I notice their prices have risen as well in the last couple months. I feel like I’m dealing with a drug dealer. Get you hooked and then take advantage of you. Such a shame for a highly rated product by Forbes and Healthline. If I were the Aspen CEO I’d be kissing OSM Worldwide goodbye. They’re ruining their business. I’m sure OSM is cheap. American greed strikes again.

I just love their gummies! I have tried a lot of different gummies and none of them made me feel relaxed as Aspen Green’s. They taste delicious too! I was also able to have a great night off rest after enjoying them. Their customer service is great too. They helped me pick out the right product and were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for more of their great products!

The most disrespectful property manager and person that I have ever interacted with. Seema Fnu should be fired from Aspen Green immediately. After living here for a year and a half , I have never interacted with a person who cared less about her job or the resident's well-being and safety at Aspen Green. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would recommend NOT RENTING from any Garden Communities property either. If I could give negative stars I would. I wish it was not so, but it has been an absolutely disgusting experience with this woman who represents the entire property and company of Aspen Green and Garden Communities.

Glad I found this company for what I needed. Fast shipping and the product I purchased was effective. Will purchase from this company again.

Ive had a lot of pain in my back. Degenerative disc disease, severe facet joint arthritis, etc,. I’ve been taking CBD from another company for about four years. Decided to try Aspen Green Citrus 3000 when I ruptured my 3rd disc in my spine. The CBD from Aspen Green has brought about a tremendous improvement in my pain level. I am mobile again and I am so grateful for their products!

I trust this company with my health. Their CBD oil is scientifically sound. They test for potency and pollutants. So, I was able to use their CBD oil with confidence.

A friend of ours referred us to Aspen Green for their high quality CBD oil. My husband has cancer and he has been taking this along side his other treatments.
One very noticeable change is that his joint pain has decreased.
It seems to help decrease the inflammation in his body.
Great product, timely shipping.

I've been using the 3000mg natural flavor tincture for at least two, maybe three years. I take a dropper full just before going to bed at night. I believe it is a help in giving me restful sleep.
