We started well with the repair man Stan but when things weren’t working out as expected, he refused to complete the job. Before he finished the repair, I recommended him to a friend which was a mistake! My friend was trying to be nice to me but eventually shared her own experience which was also negative. I’m not sure if it is a language barrier issue but I do question his knowledge. As I read more about my issue on my appliance, I came to realize that there is one important thing that he missed and when I asked him, he refused and was extremely rude about it. I was very diplomatic but he went to the extent of telling me not to call him again-of course because he already got my $$! Now I have to pay someone else to finish the repair as the real issue and root cause of the problem did not get addressed.

It also does not identify what was allegedly missed or what Stan supposedly refused to explain.

Additionally, around the same time, we received numerous emails offering services specifically related to removing or clearing Trustpilot reviews. This raised further concerns about the nature and circumstances surrounding the review.
