Scam
The paint started rubbing off of my Louis Vuitton Trianon within 3 days of use. They accused me of putting a chemical on it! Don't trust anything they say about their "luxury replicas"! Their return policy is a joke and they do not stand behind their products.
Update- I did not fail to provide any evidence that they requested from me. I did refuse to pay for a new bag. Who would be dumb enough to pay for a second when the first one wasn't legit? There is also NO evidence that I "misused" the bag as noted from Day #1. Isn't that the truth, Paul??

You received the bag, and said that it was perfect on arrival. After 3 days you said the leather on the bag was rubbing off, and we looked into the matter in detail, and at each stage you failed to provide evidence of this.
Despite this, we offered to send you another bag at a significant discount, but you also refused this.
We offer a no questions asked money back guarantee, however this doesn’t apply to misuse as was evidently the case here, and we have written evidence from you to that effect.
Always pleased with the quality of the bags
Since I found this site, I have ordered 5 items, and have been pleased with every item.

They do not refund as claimed
They do not refund a bag that has clearly quality issues. Are only nice and polite as long as you „play along“ and accept everything they offer.
