Gennifer worked diligently to get me a good discount with Spectrum. She stayed in contact with me as she was negotiating and as I turned down offers that I did not like, she just OK, I understand, and kept negotiating until she got the savings I needed and the deal I wanted.

Great Service
The service was great. They sent me a couple of text messages throughout the process, and I kept on going about my day. In the end, I did save about 35% on my monthly internet bill. Would consider using again.
