User experience was frustrating

User experience was frustrating. They notified the water company, so when I went to do it, I couldn't get anywhere as it had already been done. Unnecessary selling of extras.

Excellent help

This service was so helpful with sorting our energy suppliers when we move house. The site is well presented and easy to navigate, I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is moving house.

The person I spoke to

The person I spoke to, lied. About tili connection to OVO energy and that OVO was cheaper than the other providers , they are not, the setup went fine, but I will probably be charging supplier at a later date.About your affiliation to OVO is actually stated in the small print on your site
