It is really good that there is…

It is really good that there is institute like askgamblers to help players. Therefore 4 stars. My own personal experience is that i have never got really much help from them because i can navigate in casino world pretty well myself. But i have seen how many cases they have solved so it is really good to have them around👍

Askgamblers had a member who got…

Askgamblers had a member who got familiar witb my case. Honestly if it wasnt for Askgamblers to be in the middle , iWildcasino would have kept playing me around.
1. Not everything written by iwildcaaino is truth
2. "Verification department" answers once every 7 days and with every email they ask for something new.
3.On 20th say iwildcaaino did not accept my 2nd orr 3rd try of selfie-ID *(although every other casino accepted it so far)*
This time the casino asked me to make a selfie with the ID in front of a television with the logo of the casino.
4. This time was the crucial moment when the agent from Askgamblers stepped in heavy in the conversation with the casino and this is the moment this madness stopped.

Askgamblers dont protect the players

In my experience, AskGamblers does not work well at all and is very disappointing. The website presents itself as a player protection platform, but in practice it seems to consistently side with casinos, even in cases where players have clearly been treated unfairly.

I have seen complaints and cases closed against players (including myself) who lost their money, with casinos being favored without clear evidence or transparent investigations. This creates the impression that the platform is not impartial and that its complaint system does not truly protect users.

For these reasons, I believe AskGamblers is not worth using, as it can give players a false sense of security. In my opinion, it is misleading for users who expect real support, but end up being left unprotected.

Fast and helpfull
