Dont waste your time with Ask Gamblers

Useless service for complaints.
They are the biggest affiliate for casinos for a reason, so they are 100% not independent.
Casino replied saying that I broke one T&C, which is a totally false, and they didn't even request any proof.
Avoid your time and look for a real independent ADR, not this one-side casino trick.

Don't use Askgamblers for disputes

AskGamblers is unfortunately useless when it comes to real disputes with casinos.

If the casino simply points to a clause in their Terms & Conditions, AskGamblers will immediately side with the casino and reject the complaint, even when the rule is questionable or the system allowed the player to break it without any warning.

In practice this means that if you have a dispute with a casino, you are basically on your own. AskGamblers will not challenge the casino's interpretation of their own rules.

I would strongly suggest using other mediation services that actually review cases more critically and consider whether the rules were applied fairly.

I would also like to add that my previous reviews on AskGamblers were accepted without any issues.
However, after reviewing Askgamblers on Trustpilot, my reviews were suddenly rejected for not meeting their “Facts” guidelines.
This inconsistency raises questions about how reviews are moderated and whether certain types of complaints are being filtered out.
It is difficult to trust a platform that promotes transparency and dispute resolution if legitimate negative experiences are not allowed to be published.

I filed a complaint against Raging Bull Casino through AskGamblers after the casino refused to honor a confirmed $1,302 withdrawal. I had clear screenshot evidence of the casino’s own promotional email explicitly stating “no playthrough or max cashout limit” — yet the casino rep denied this language existed in my evidence. AskGamblers closed my complaint in the casino’s favor without properly addressing this contradiction or giving me a chance to respond with my screenshots.

What’s worse — they initially closed it as “unresolved,” then flipped it to “resolved in the casino’s favor” after hearing only from the casino side. My follow-up emails went completely unanswered.

AskGamblers presents itself as an independent player advocate, but they earn affiliate commissions from the same casinos they’re supposed to hold accountable. When a casino rep can demonstrably lie about evidence in a complaint thread and still win, that tells you everything about how independent this process really is.

If you’re a player with a legitimate dispute, don’t rely on AskGamblers as your safety net. They have a structural conflict of interest that players need to be aware of.

Reply: extremely generic response that doesn’t explain anything. Askgamblers changed my complaint to resolved in the casino they have blacklisted on their own site without any communication to me. This site doesn’t help you just protects the casinos! They also tried to remove this review twice!!! DO NOT USE ASKGAMBLERS. THEY PROTECT CASINOS NOT YOU!!!
