Got help, took a while
The chat feature was fine. Only concern was the delay in getting a redone. Expected a phone call, but got redirected to a chat expert. Which was fine except didn't know because there wasn't a notification. Only found out when going back to see what was happening. The expert helped diagnose the problem, but took a little while to reply. Overall ok.
