This service is a ripoff!
The cost of this service is deliberately hidden. I had questions concerning my Brother printer, which has experienced multiple paper jams recently. You can no longer reach Brother directly. They now shunt you off to Askanexpertonline.com. You are informed that there will be a one-time charge of $5. This morning I found a charge of $70 to my checking account!!! Do not use this service! They intentionally mislead consumers!
