Asistensi was very impressive and definitely didn't disappoint!

We rushed our mom (a senior citizen) to the hospital. Just one phone call away to the telesupport and they were able to endorse us to the nearest hospital. We definitely maximized the benefits which they even checked up on us personally.

My sisters and I bought a health plan for seniors from Asistensi Philippines (powered by Maxicare) for my mom last month. Early morning of April 13 - Thursday, my mom was rushed to the hospital due to hypertensive crisis (BP of 222/90). Asistensi did not disappoint. From the online consultation to the ambulance to the settlement of hospital bill, everything went smoothly.

We are truly pleased and impressed with Asistensi and their staff. We have been using HMOs for the longest time but this is the first time we have had a smooth, stress free experience with one. Best investment for mommy for 2023.

At first, I doubted if their services are true but after a couple of research and experiencing it myself, I can say this company is legit. True to their words, fast and affordable prices.

I do not regret taking out an HMO policy with Asistensi. It was very helpful to me since I am a freelance Virtual Assistant with no HMO benefits and a solo parent. I used it immediately when my children got sick recently. All doctors are friendly and accommodating. You will not be intimidated to talk online. And prescriptions are also covered so it's a big help that you don't have to buy anymore. Although, improvement is needed in the delivery of medicines because it takes a while before they are received. But overall, I am happy with Asistensi. I refer it a lot to my friends.

By comparison to other existing HMO plans, Asistensi offers plans which are budget friendly yet full of benefits. Their doctors are kind and responsive with our concerns. I would highly recommend them to seniors (upto 85y.o.) who are having a hard time finding an affordable HMO plans due to pre-existing medical conditions.

This is my first time getting my personal HMO that is not paid for by my company. I must say their cost is one of the cheapest, the reason for my first interest. I even got my account active just a few days after my first payment. I am so grateful for the help of the agent who helped me. Come to my first consultation, it was a breeze I must say. But then, I did not understand my policy that much, it was because I have not done my onboarding yet I had multiple online consultations. Thankful to the person who just interviewed me today, I just learned that I need to go onboarding for better understanding. Anyhow, I rated it almost perfect since we all are a work in progress.

Doctors are very helpful and sympathetic. They listen to you with care. They don't rush you with time. The app is also excellent. No need for a long wait, unlike the other apps. Just keep up the good work!
