As Is Lending was the best company we have ever worked with, they were able to get us the best deal we could afford.

My loan experience was so easy and Sonny stayed in touch with me every step of the way.

This was handled by phone and email and also phone contacts. I just took pictures with my I phone of the documents that Sonny needed and within 2 weeks my loan was complete.

Sonny explained the cost involved and stayed true to his word. There were no surprises. I highly recommend AS IS LENDING INC.

Excellent service at a competitive rate. Found out about AS IS lending through the mail-- Thought the rate for a 30 yr fixed refi was too good to be true-- kept looking for the "catch" was it buried somewhere as a fee or closing cost? It wasn't! Highly impressed and excellent service. Recommend AS IS to everyone!

When starting the refinance I was sceptical because of the name (AS IS). NOW I UNDERSTAND. THEY ARE AS IS THEIR NAme a good company.
