They reduce your credit for not found errors
Changing my opinion. I wrote great API before, but it was a mistake.
I requested API many times (500+) today. I couldn't find results, but my credits were reduced. I asked support why it was reduced. They told me they didn't care if they found the product; they would reduce my credit for any request I made.
It's a waste of money. Please don't buy it.

Value for the money
Glad that I signed up, despite the negative previous review. The document is easy to follow. For someone with little Python coding experience, I was able to quickly develop a program making calls to their API. Result returns back in a reasonable amount of time. Support response is prompt. I have no complaint. Value for the money.

Unsupported service
It is unclear if the service is still supported- I messaged support about a critical bug several times, and never got an answer, and my ticket was closed due to inactivity with any acknowledgement from support.
This appears to be a whitelabelled product that other vendors are also using, or has been ripped off completely. Either way, avoid this.

Do not purchase their service. Request times are extremely slow and it's extremely buggy. The customer service responds very quick but doesn't solve any problems.
