I feel it is worth mentioning that date formats on the site switch between two different styles depending on which page I'm looking at. Give or take a month since I joined.

I think that your verification process needs work. I have spent 35 years working with legal documents. Double checking documentation is part of my daily duty to make sure that I’m providing the best services to the people I help. The fact that it took six times and taking screen prints to prove that I am providing the information need is crazy. if documents are dropped that much or there is that much misunderstanding of a process. I think that something needs to be put in place that makes it easier for an individual in any country to understand exactly what’s needed of them. One example: the lady was telling me that she doesn’t need to see somebody’s account numbers and credit score on your bank verification form. What she really meant was the account numbers and dollar amount that was in the account. Your credit score is something completely different. I think more explanation needs to be on your ID requirement. The first time I provided it, I was told that it wasn’t attached, which I know it was. The wording ID with a selfie makes somebody think of something completely different than what you’re requesting. In the United States, a selfie is not the same thing as a government issued ID, which normally has your photograph on it. Also, I think clear communication that you need to see the signature on that government issued ID is necessary. I got to the point where I literally took a awful selfie with my Oregon drivers license besides providing a close-up photo of the drivers license itself. I was told that I didn’t provide documentation that I did upload. I literally double checked everything after the first time. The other issue is that after a week of me trying to get this to work I was told that I needed to sign and date a new declaration and consent forms. I stuck around for this verification process because I met a very nice man on your website which I do appreciate. However, I think it’s a bit extreme on your 5000 credits before this verification process can start. I understand the need for revenue for the company to run and function, that’s basic capitalism 101. I will say this much, it’s pretty expensive to do that. I think that you would have more people signing up if you evaluate your pricing or how much services those prices provide to your consumer.

its a shame because the system took its time confirming a payment that should've been instant. and then the price for credits is honestly a joke at this point, and wish there was more to the free trial, its over almost instantly. at the same time, the mobile keyboard covers the send button half the time, so frustrating really not impressed. might just be time to move on to something else.
