Switching from the browser to the mobile site loses my place in a long conversation entirely.

support did eventually sort out my problem but it took almost two weeks of back and forth.. 😒 each response was a day or two apart and it dragged on longer than it needed to.

Clicking through several pages quickly sometimes causes the site to load the wrong one entirely.

the questions are so generic that half my matches have clearly seen the same one before!

NOT QUITE LIVING UP TO THE HYPE ONLINE. Uploading a new profile photo fails about half the time, no error message, it just spins and does nothing

ive had an account here for a little over ten weeks now... A coworker I described it to said a lot of this sounded familiar from stuff they'd dealt with before too.
Things started well enough, I was talking to a woman named Olivia within the first few days and it felt easy. I dont usually write reviews this long, but a short version wouldn't really do the situation justice. Around the same time I noticed a lot of profiles that hadn't been active in what looked like months. None of what follows is meant to be dramatic, just an honest account of how it actually went. I tried contacting support and waited nearly a week just to get a copy paste answer. I kept using it anyway, hoping things would pick back up like they had at the start. It's a shame because the first impresison was genuinely good, which almost makes the drop off more frustrating. im still on it for now but I'm not holding out much hope it turns back around. I wouldn't tell someone not to try it, but id manage their expectations going in.

The field for describing what I'm looking for capped out well before I'd finished writing a complete thought.

Tbhh, frustrating enough that I've mentioned it to a couple people already... A few features I use daily on my phone just aren't available at all on the desktop site. Giving it one more month before I bail
