Before discussing product quality, we must address the quality of the free delivery service for orders over €50:

- It was impossible to choose the delivery point before payment.
- The order ended up being delivered to a different location (an hour's walk from the 15th arrondissement of Paris).
- The seller has not responded despite a very polite email requesting a delivery change.

These are only canned or freeze-dried products that can be delivered as close as possible to our home.

I will also be posting this information on social media to express my dissatisfaction.

The first time I ordered. And I will order soon again. Everything was perfect. I was surprised by the 2 small Soju Glasses. Sadly one didn’t survived the transport. But I was so touched from this gift. 😊

Beware. Sent substitute products for the items I ordered. Not Patak's as ordered but other lesser brands. No more orders from these people.

I ordered per express as I needed a few ingredients for a dinner. They confirmed but then send me soy paste instead of shrip paste, plus a few other things they didn't have they simply replaced with random other things - NONE which were even close to what I had originally ordered.

These aren't mistakes, there is clear intent to take your money because of the effort you'd have to go through to get your money back. I've clawed back the difference via my credit card company who also confirmed that they have a LOT of chargebacks from this company.

Order at your own risk, just don't expect to get what you paid for.

I have ordered twice from this company. The first time was perfect: quick shipping, very good produce, exactly as ordered. The second time I ordered, they replaced my order for Chinese sausage with egg noodles. I have tried to reach them to inform them of the error and demand reimbursement (7€ difference in price, also I paid for shipping of a fresh product, which is more expensive than to receive dried products). There is no phone number to call and no one is responding to emails. Very poor customer service, not to mention they are not repaying the customer after I have paid for something I did not receive.

Update - they have reimbursed me for the mistake. Took 4 days for them to get in touch.
