Terrible experience from start to finish. I tried twice to buy their GPU holder/cooler combo.

First order (AliExpress) arrived bent and white instead of black.

Second order (Amazon) arrived missing the bracket, RGB, and holder - just fans in a box.

I'm protecting a £10,000 graphics card bought after my mother passed. That card is currently sagging unsafely because I wasted months waiting for AsiaHorse to deliver a product that should protect it.

Amazon asked me to contact the seller first. I did. Gave them 48 hours. Silence.

Amazon support had to step in and process the refund themselves because AsiaHorse wouldn't respond or resolve it.

Unreliable company with no customer support. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time and chasing refunds through third parties.

More than3 weeks with no updates. No email replies or even dms.
Already asked for refund. Never buying.

The customer support is 💩. They have ignored me for 2 weeks straight, i wrote 5 mails, on instagram and facebook DM. Still no answer. When they get the money they dont care if its working or not. Embarassing.

Ordered from their web site. Everything was easy and the order arrived earlier than expected. Great ARGB cable cover!

I purchased a product from AsiaHorse, but once it arrived I realized it was not suitable for my PC. I requested a return within 14 days (actually just one or two days after receiving it), following the instructions on the website, but I never received any reply. I also tried contacting both the customer service and the business email, providing the order number and all the details, but no one ever answered.

It seems clear that once they receive your payment, customer support is non-existent. Now I am stuck with a product I cannot use, money wasted, and no chance of a refund, because the return period expired only due to their complete lack of communication.

If I could, I would give less than one star.

Great customer service. I ordered a pc case and some fans both came well packed and not damaged. the fans are the best budget infinity fans. I have had there cable extensions for a while and they are always the best quality.

This AsiaHorse white power cord is well-made, the cable is soft and flexible, and it was easy to install, plus, the price is great for the quality. I'm very satisfied with it.
