We've been working with ACS for more than 5 years and they have been excellent. Their team has helped us with both FIT & Groups, coaches to sedans and even sourcing guides / local coordinators. They've also been very accomodating with last minute changes and requests. We've never had a complaint about the drivers or the clenliness of the vehicles arranged by them from our clients.

The reservation process from beginning to end was A1.

I hired this company to pick us up from the cruise port and take us on a 6 hour tour, I asked them to provide suggestions for the tour. The cost was 400 US dollars. They accepted the job. We were picked up on time, however the driver, had no clue about a tour, he did not make suggestions and did not speak English. I suggest this company does not offer tours, if there drivers cannot complete this service. The tour was a complete was of time and money. Very disappointing.

Booking a reservation were easy, quick responses and instructions were thorough. The driver was polite, and efficient. The car was clean and the ride was comfortable. I booked the service online from USA, and hope for the best when we arrived to HKG. The experience brought calmness after a long flight!

We used your service for a four hour driving tour to see highlights of the city. We were very satisfied with the tour. Our driver, Roger Li, was accommodating, providing us with information about the various areas we drove through. He suggested places to visit and discussed the history and facts of the areas as we drove by. Roger always asked for our input and made sure we were dropped off safely upon our request.
