While the treatments suggested by this 'doctor' were good and seemed to help, the customer service was totally shocking. No phone calls returned, no follow ups performed, medications not even sent out on time (and when they were sent out they were the wrong type), and the so called doctor forgetting what her own treatment plan for us even was. We've had to spend time chasing this person for no response whatsoever, until around the tenth whatsapp/phone call. A charlatan who takes your money and then doesn't care about you - totally shocked at this service and would recommend people to stay away entirely. A completely unacceptable experience especially given that it was not cheap, but once they have your money they couldnt care less!!
