I was delighted with my earrings but I was charged customs duty of c€19, which I wasn’t expecting. I emailed the company twice about this but no result. It is the customer service that gets the bad rating!

The style of the earrings were lovely although a little sharp when putting the earrings in. I have only worn them a couple of times as I had a reaction to them, which is such a shame. Nice earring though.

I absolutely love my earrings
I absolutely love my earrings, we definitely be ordering more.
Only down side, customers in Ireland need to be told when ordering that there will be an addition VAT charge on items arriving in Ireland, I assumed that the Irish VAT had been included in the cost.
