i placed an oreder on 30th August with Order #AA1034 7-10 working days,after three weeks of followups, i found a replacemnt and they suggested they will cancel it as it never arrived to me, now been 4 weeks trying to get my refund with no responce to all my emails. iam trying here to see if any one will respond?!! i need my refund -itab

My order was dispatched the same day I placed it and arrived no more than 5 days later. I don't think it would be possible doing this any faster so I am happy.

The materials used are by far the best ones I've tried. Soft and durable.. I have done a couple of harsh machine washes and they are still the same, this usually doesn't happen but I am happy!

We got an amazing sofa through Ash & Alder. I was a bit afraid about the shipping as the item was huge but they took good care of it.

I've always been stretching my budget for these types of products as it's hard to find anything affordable if quality is what you are after. This is possibly the only place where you can get everything for relatively cheap and the shipping fees are reasonable too.

They have a good reputation, so I wasn't afraid of buying. Got my order 2 weeks later, was hoping to get it within 1 week so therefore I need to deduct a point from my review.
