Really poor service
Really poor availability to provide a quote, schedule weeks later, then they didn't turn up. Nobody answers the phones.
With customer services as bad as this, I can only wonder how bad the work is.

Really sorry you had a bad experience not getting hold of me, I have no note of our appointment that you say I missed. However, At the time of your post I was recovering from major chest surgery and can only assume that this may have contributed to my lack of availability.
I have spent my working life trying to assist people and go out of my way to assist people where I can. I am a one man band with a large family and struggle sometimes just like normal people do with time management, so sometimes calls get missed and sometimes I procrastinate..
We live in a mad and hectic world, where peoples lives and feelings seems to play second fiddle to Time and Money constraints which seems to make us all a little less tolerant of imperfections. So if your experience has made you doubt the quality of my work I can only apologise and advise that it is to a very good standard as is the free advice I give to customers to try and save them money. All I can do is say how sorry I am that your experience made you so angry that you felt the need to publically cast aspersions on me, my character and the quality of the work I carry out.
I wish you a pleasant and stress free life, and hope that what ever issue you had with your Double Glazing, it has now been resolved.
