Not happy with our involvement with this company. They damaged a sewer pipe at the property next door and had to dig up our concrete drive to repair it and yet offered no compensation to us for the damage to our drive at all. We were also not happy with the quality of the gates they provided for us. Gaps were left which they said were to allow for weathering but in our opinion these gaps are far wider than necessary. We were also not happy with the way the gates were fitted. We shall not be using this company again.

I have been ordering fencing fom Ascot Fencing for many years (for more than one property I have lived in) and they have always been good - and I always went back. This year, in May I ordered 4 fence panels which were promptly delivered - as they always are, but I didn't notice until the end of July when I came to put them in place that they were the wrong size. Without any fuss whatsoever, I was able to swap the too-large panels for smaller ones, have them collected and delivered promptly, and a refund was given on the spot for the difference in price between the two sizes of panels. The service at Ascot Fencing is always excellent, and they offer a good range of competetively priced fencing. 10/10 Would recommend.

I cannot fault Ascot Fencing. Work was carried out as agreed to an excellent standard. Staff are friendly and professional. Garden and surrounding areas left clean and tidy. Brilliant job. Thank you.
